Skimmia

Neat-growing, dwarf evergreen shrubs having Laurel-likeleaves, and producing a profusion of scarlet berries in winter. They succeed in any ordinary soil, but thrive best in peat and loam; and are propagated by cuttings placed in heat under glass.
