A very pretty herbaceous plant, suitable for theborder. It may be raised from seed sown in the autumn, and grown on in light, moist soil. The plant is hardy and flowers in May. Height, 1 ft. Tropaeolums-- JARRATTI (scarlet, orange, and black) are remarkable for a slender and graceful growth. Well adapted for covering wire globes, trellises, etc.
